Why this platform?

Double-digit commissions on every flight make sharing platforms unnecessarily expensive. We built Neway to offer a different model: no per-flight commission, only an annual operating membership fee.

The aim is to connect passengers and freight customers with operators internationally, without adding another percentage to every flight. Contact us for membership terms and onboarding.

Who can join?

We welcome enquiries from AOC holders, pilots and operators conducting Part-NCO operations, as well as international operators. Different operating frameworks have different requirements; joining the platform does not change the permissions under which you fly.

Your operating limits

Tell us where and how you want to operate. Your supplied limits are configured so flight searches can match your aircraft with the routes you want to offer.

Countries & airports: Specify your operating area using ICAO prefixes. Send any individual airport exclusions to the team for review; these are not a separate configuration field today.
Distance & flight time: Share your preferred distances and flight times. The supported settings and their current behaviour are listed below; additional restrictions are agreed during onboarding.
Aircraft & availability: Provide your aircraft base, capacity, runway requirements and availability so enquiries reflect what you can offer.

These limits help avoid unsuitable enquiries, unnecessary positioning and routes outside your preferred operating area. Contact the team when your limits change.

Configuration reference

Settings are maintained by the operations team in an organisation YAML file, with an aircraft_fleet entry for each aircraft. Send us the values you want to use; there is no self-service configuration editor on this page.

`max_transitioning_distance`	`400 NM`	Maximum raw distance for each positioning segment: base to first departure, and final destination back to base. Zero disables this check.
`max_round_trip_duration`	`4.0 hours`	Quote-splitting threshold. The API compares estimated outbound flight time with this value and may split an explicit return trip into separate quotes. It does not reject the flight.
`distance_contingency`	`1.15`	Distance multiplier used in estimates and range checks. Supply the factor, not a percentage.
`currency_code`	`CHF`	Operator currency for calculations, requests and PDFs. Website conversion is indicative only.
`default_landing_fee`	`190`	Fallback landing fee in the configured currency.
`include_pilot_payment_share`	`true / false`	Controls whether the pilot is included in the cost-sharing divisor; it does not determine whether cost-sharing is legally permitted.

NM = nautical miles; kt = knots; m = metres; kg = kilograms. Example values illustrate the format only and are not operating recommendations.

There is currently no separate hard maximum-flight-time setting, individual-airport blacklist or recurring weekly availability schedule. Discuss these requirements with the team before relying on them to filter offers.

For example, LO includes LOWS and LOWI; LS includes Swiss ICAO prefixes. International coverage must be reviewed by prefix, because ICAO prefixes do not map one-to-one to every country.

Rules & responsibility

Operating rules and restrictions are added according to the information you provide and the requirements applicable to your operation. The operator remains responsible for their accuracy, legal compliance and the decision to accept and conduct each flight.

AOC and Part-NCO operations are not interchangeable. Each offer must remain within the permissions and restrictions of the relevant operation; platform membership is not an operating authorisation.

Your name, organisation, country and contact details.
Your operating framework, such as AOC or Part-NCO, and relevant permissions or restrictions.
Aircraft type, registration, base, passenger or freight capacity, and aircraft data.
Countries and airports to include or exclude, preferred distances, flight-time limits and availability.
Your pricing information and any operating conditions customers should know about.
